On behalf of the The Oxford University Society Paris Branch, I am pleased to announce that OUSP will hold its Annual General Meeting in Paris on Tuesday 9 April, 2019 at 18h30. 

This is an opportunity for members to elect, or re-elect, members to the Committee, as well as to approve the annual accounts. The AGM will be followed by a champagne reception. You will soon receive further details, as well as voting information, and we look forward to your participation.

In the meantime, should any of you like to stand for election to the OUSP Committee, please fill in the Committee candidacy form and kindly return it to me by 16 March at the latest. You will also find, attached, an up-date on the present composition of, and recent developments within, the Committee. We should very much like to hear from

• any member with IT competency who would be prepared to help with upgrading the Society's website and take over as webmaster;
• any member who would be prepared to take over the role of Secretary, which principally involves organising and minuting the quarterly Committee meetings and the AGM.

Please note that only paid-up members may stand for the Committee, attend the AGM and vote, so this will also be an opportunity to renew your membership if you have not done so since the beginning of this year. You can still do this, either online, via our website, or by contacting Membership Secretary.
