Innovation improves our lives.
This talk will explore why innovation is difficult to do well, and suggest what organisations and nations might do to improve their chances of success.
Tim is the inaugural Dr John C Taylor Professor of Innovation at the University of Cambridge, his work is focused on the links between manufacturing, innovation, and skills.
His teaching skill has been recognised with a Cambridge Pilkington Prize and a Royal Academy of Engineering/ExxonMobil Award.
