We will hold our Annual General Meeting in Paris

on 12th July 2023 (from 18h30)

The Annual General Meeting is your opportunity to have your say about what you would like the Society to provide. It's also the forum for electing members to the Committee and approving the annual accounts.

We are always keen to have new people and fresh ideas - this year we need to fill the following posts which require little time and much enthusiasm :

• Treasurer
  
• Secretary
  
• Membership Warden
• Social Media Guru
  

The meeting will be followed by a cocktail reception (open bar)

Please note that only paid-up members may stand for the Committee, attend the AGM and vote, so this please take an opportunity to renew your membership if you have not done so.
