Our AGM and social on 4th July

We will hold our Annual General Meeting in Paris

on 4th July 2023 (from 18h30)

The Annual General Meeting is your opportunity to have your say about what you would like the Society to provide. It's also the forum for electing members to the Committee and approving the annual accounts.

We are always keen to have new people and fresh ideas - this year we need to fill the following posts :

• Treasurer
  
• Membership Warden

The meeting will be followed by a (free) drinks evening

Quorum : If you are unable to attend please use the forms to vote by email or appoint a proxy.

Please note that only paid-up members may stand for the Committee, attend the AGM and vote, so this please take an opportunity to renew your membership if you have not done so.
